Quality engineer

Job description

Tasks:
1.Take charge of final quality control, including the process control of Final Assembly,Final test, Transportation and Site Installation.
2.Export project quality leader. Establish the quality control plan or improvement plan on the basis of overseas customer requirements, support the company strategy of overseas business.
3.Identify quality demands of overseas customers in different regions, wrap up quality issues or improvement opportunities experienced in overseas projects, drive quality continual improvement on export projects.
4.Lead the hold point team inspection for responsible processes.
5.Lead operational qualification for responsible processes.
6.Manage NCR and DR report of responsible processes. Monitor and expedite the implementation of corrective actions.
7.Perform final quality review before shipment
8.Collect quality data of responsible processes and analyze, summarize and alert potential risks.
9.Drive and implement quality improvement activities and develop continual improvement culture.

Desired profile

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in Electrical, Mechanical engineering or the equivalent.
2. More than 2 years' experience of electrical, mechanical job or the equivalent.
3. Familiar with Office applications.
4. Good command of English.
5. Work meticulously and rigorously, and with strong sense of responsibility andinitiative.
6. Good communication skill and team work capability.
